Carved by hand in India and the Philippines, each of our acacia wood boards - suitable for chopping and serving food - has unique character that will vary from piece to piece. Acacia is a fast-growing hardwood which is non-indigenous to both countries, growing along roadsides and on uncultivated land.

For every tree that is cut down another one is planted. The chopping, trading and processing of the wood is controlled by the government by means of certification.
Details
Acacia wood. Wash in lukewarm soap water, not dishwasher safe. Do not soak in water. For maintenance apply a little walnut oil from time to time.
