What payment cards do you accept?
You can make secure online payment with the following credit and debit cards:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit
When paying by card we take payment at the time your order is placed.
Can I pay by PayPal online?
We accept payment by PayPal for online orders. Please select this option in the checkout.
When do you take payment from me?
For all online orders we take payment at the time your order is placed.
Can I get free delivery and returns in the UK?
Yes. We offer free UK standard delivery on full price orders over £150. We also offer free UK returns on all orders, subject to our Returns Policy.
Can I place an order for something not currently in stock?
If an item is not in stock, but we are anticipating further supplies, you may be able to pre order. When your chosen item comes into our warehouse we will then send it to you. Any items available for pre order will be clearly identified online, along with an expected delivery date.
Do prices include VAT?
For UK mainland deliveries, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Will I pay VAT if I am resident in the Channel Islands?
Orders placed for delivery to Jersey and Guernsey are not charged VAT. Channel Island residents ordering products to UK mainland addresses will be charged VAT.
International Delivery
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery is charged according to the destination of the parcel. Please choose or confirm your delivery country before you start shopping.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in a currency that is determined by your delivery destination. We currently have 5 currencies available for online payment (GBP, USD, EUR, AUD and CAD) and we have chosen the most appropriate currency for the country of delivery. For example, a customer ordering a parcel to be delivered to the United States will only see prices in USD once they have confirmed their delivery country.
Can I qualify for free delivery overseas?
Yes. We offer free express delivery to many countries around the world if the value of your order is over a specific amount. This spend threshold varies by delivery country.
Are there any additional charges for delivery outside of the UK?
Each country that we deliver to has a fixed delivery price, irrespective of the amount of items or the weight of the delivery. All international orders are delivered by DHL, our preferred global carrier. For deliveries to Europe, TOAST will pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and fees associated with delivering your order. For deliveries outside of Europe, import duties and local sales tax may be payable on receipt of your order, determined by the items you are ordering and the total value of your order.
Sale
When do you have a sale?
We usually hold a sale at the end of each season. To receive notification of when a sale is about to start, please sign up to receive TOAST emails at the bottom of any of our website pages.
Can I return an item bought in the sale?

Your Data and Security
Why do you need my email address?
We use your email address to communicate with you about your order. With your consent, we can also keep you updated about new collections, offers, events and editorial.
Why do you need my telephone number?
We keep a secure database so that we can contact you quickly if there is a query on your order. Our delivery partners, Royal Mail and DHL, may also use your telephone number to make you aware of your delivery.
How secure is your website?
We are aware that our relationship with you is based on trust. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organisations that handle credit and debit card information. To sell online and accept online payments both software and hosting needs to be PCI compliant. Our website is powered by Shopify. All Shopify stores are PCI compliant by default with Level 1 PCI certification. This certification covers all areas of our site whilst you are on a "toa.st" domain, including our checkout and our web hosting.
Do you use cookies?
Yes. Like many other websites, the TOAST website uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computer or mobile phone. We use cookies to keep track of what you have in your bag and to remember you when you leave and return to our site. You can disable cookies on your computer or mobile phone by changing your preferences in your browser. However, our site may not operate in the way we intend it to if you disable cookies. What do you do with my data?
Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Your data will always be handled in accordance with the TOAST Privacy Policy.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Choose either an eGift Card which will be sent to you via email or a traditional Gift Card which will arrive in the post. Both can be used to make purchases online. The currency of the gift card may limit the available delivery locations. Both can also be used in TOAST Shops in the UK (if issued in GBP) and in TOAST Shops in the United States (if issued in USD). The amount you choose will be issued on one Gift Card. TOAST Gift Cards are non-refundable. TOAST Gift Card terms and conditions apply.
How long is a gift card valid?
All gift cards issued after 14 July 2020 are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will be cancelled after 24 months. Any gift cards issued prior to this date have now expired.
How can I find out my gift card balance?
You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the card in TOAST Shops in the UK (if issued in GBP) or in TOAST Shops in the United States (if issued in USD) or over the phone with our Customer Service team.
